King Radio's Frank Padellaro, formerly of alt-country legends the Scud Mountain Boys, recorded "Are You the Sick Passenger?" with producer Peter Baldwin using strings, vintage instruments, and back-to-basics recording techniques. Frank has packed up his former alt-country leanings in favor of a more sophisticated pop sound. King Radio will launch a national tour this spring, redefining the travelling road show with their 10-plus-piece mini-orchestra.
